Business automation

Less manual work.More time for what matters.

Does your team copy information between emails, spreadsheets and business systems? We learn how the work happens, connect the systems and build automation around your process.

Start with one workflow. Build with the people who do it.

Where could automation take work off your team?

These are examples of possible projects. We choose your first workflow after learning how your team works.

Entering the same data again

Details arrive by email or in a file. Someone copies them into a system and checks for mistakes.

What could change

Read and validate the information, then pass it to the system. Unclear details go to a person for review.

For example: orders, customer details or invoices

Updating several places

Someone updates the ERP, then a spreadsheet, then sends the team a message about the change.

What could change

Connect the steps so the right records are updated and the relevant people are notified.

For example: order status, stock or service progress

Chasing approvals

A request sits in an inbox. A document is missing, ownership is unclear and the team keeps asking for updates.

What could change

Check what is missing, route the request to the right person and show what still needs attention.

For example: purchasing, payments or supplier documents

Working together

Start with the work as it happens.

A senior engineer works alongside your team, observes the workflow and learns the exceptions. Your team’s knowledge shapes what we build.

About the first ten days
  1. Learn the work

Sit with the person doing the task. See their systems, the bottlenecks and the work they complete by hand.

  2. Choose the first workflow

Agree on what to improve and how to measure the change. By day three, make clear what fits in ten days and what needs longer.

  3. Build, test and put it to work

Connect the systems, test with the team and handle exceptions. The goal is a first production workflow within ten days, within the agreed scope.

Software your team uses. Code your company owns.

You receive the working solution, its code and documentation, and a way to measure the change. We define access, monitoring and a manual fallback where needed. Then we can move to the next workflow.

Meet Simplify

Before we start

Do we need to replace our ERP or CRM?

We start by checking your existing systems and their integration options. The aim is to improve work around them. If a limitation requires a change, we explain it before building.

Does every automation need AI?

No. If clear rules and a system connection solve the task, that is what we build. We use AI where understanding text, reading documents or handling variable information calls for it.

How much does a project cost?

Price depends on scope, systems, data access and exceptions. The first conversation helps us understand the need and define a next step. Scope and price are agreed before work begins.

What if the workflow takes longer than ten days?

We say so. By day three, we make clear what can go live in the remaining time and what needs more work. We also identify a smaller part that can be completed within the ten days.

What would you take off your team’s plate?

Tell us about a recurring task. You do not need a specification or a solution in mind.
