Privacy notice
Last updated: 16 August 2026
This notice says what we collect, why, what the risks are, and who else sees it. It is deliberately short, because we collect very little.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form, and only when you send it:
- Your name, work email, company, and whatever you write in the message field.
- If you ask for a webinar date, your role, the webinar you selected, your separate choice about future Simplify content, and campaign tags in the link that brought you to the page.
- If you book a call, the details you give Google Calendar: name, email, and the time you pick.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, hold the call you asked for, or send information about the webinar you requested. We send updates about other Simplify sessions or material only if you tick the separate optional box. We do not build profiles or score you.
Tracking and cookies
Google Analytics loads only if you choose Allow in the analytics notice. If you allow it, Google Analytics records page views and selected calls to action using first-party analytics cookies. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals stay disabled. If you decline, no Google Analytics code is loaded. Your language, accessibility and consent choices are also stored in your browser so the site can remember them.
Who else sees it
- Google Calendar, if you book a call, handles the booking and creates the meeting link. That happens on Google, under Google's own privacy terms, and only when you click through.
- Our email provider carries the message from the site to our inbox.
- Our hosting provider records ordinary server logs, including IP addresses, as part of serving the site.
- Google Analytics receives page and selected call-to-action data only after you allow analytics. Private demo events are sent server-side without the private demo link, visitor IP address, name or email address.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone for marketing.
The risks, plainly
Anything sent over the internet and stored in an inbox carries some risk: an email account can be compromised, and a provider can suffer a breach. We limit what we ask for so there is little to lose, we keep it in accounts protected by two-factor authentication, and we do not copy it into other tools.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and webinar requests stay in our inbox while there is a live conversation or upcoming session and for as long as we may reasonably need the history. Ask us to delete yours and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@simplify.dev and we will answer within a few working days.
