Terms of use

What this site is
This site describes a service: a senior engineer working inside your team for ten days. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here forms a contract. Engagements are agreed in a separate written agreement that sets out scope, price, ownership and confidentiality.
What we say about results
The examples and timings on this site describe how we work and what has happened on previous engagements. They are not a guarantee of a particular outcome for you, because what is achievable depends on your systems, your data and your access.
Ownership of what we build
On an engagement, what we build for you is yours: source, documentation and infrastructure in your accounts. That is set out in the engagement agreement, not here.
Booking a call
Booking uses Google Calendar and is subject to Google's terms. Sending the form sends an email to us; it does not create any obligation on either side.
Accuracy
We keep this site current, but it may be out of date in places. If something here matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
